It's about rebuilding yourself. I'm Hannah Ketch, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength Coach. I created Ketch Wellness for women over 30 who are tired of fitness trends that don't work and wellness culture that makes them feel guilty for being human. This is strength training that actually builds bone density. Nutrition guidance that doesn't shame you. Small groups where you're not just a number.
